Please note that all returned items must comply with the guidelines listed below in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

- Condition of Products: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. This means that the item should not have been assembled, altered, or damaged in any way.

- Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, we ask that you carefully package the product in a way that prevents damage during return shipping.
Please be aware that certain products may be ineligible for return, as outlined in the section below on non-returnable items.
2. Non-Returnable Items
While we strive to offer flexible returns on most products, there are certain items that cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:
- Custom or Personalized Products: Items that are custom-made, personalized, or made to order according to your specifications are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.

- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

3. Initiating a Return or Exchange

4. Return Shipping Costs
For most returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us safely. Blusonali is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.

5. Refunds

- Original Shipping Fees: The cost of shipping is non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Restocking Fees: Certain items may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee is usually applied to large or bulky items that require special handling or packaging for return. Restocking fees will be communicated to you during the return process.
6. Exchanges
If you are looking to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, you can initiate an exchange through our customer service team. The process for exchanges is similar to returns, and the product being exchanged must meet the same eligibility criteria (unused, in original packaging, etc.).
If the replacement item is of a higher value than the original product, you will be required to pay the difference. Conversely, if the exchange involves a product of lower value, we will issue a refund for the price difference.
Important Note: If you wish to receive an exchange as quickly as possible, we recommend placing a new order for the desired product while we process your return. This way, you can avoid any delays.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly accept the return and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
