Return and Exchange Policy for BLUSONALI

If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with the items you have received, we offer a straightforward and hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please read the following policy to understand the steps for returning or exchanging an item.

1. Return Eligibility

You are eligible to return your purchase under the following conditions:

    You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns will not be accepted after this period.

    Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any tags, labels, and accessories that were included in the package.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made or personalized products: Items that have been specially crafted or personalized according to your specifications.

  • Final sale items: Any items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during promotions where returns are not allowed.

  • Gift cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Used, damaged, or altered items: Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Clearance items: Items marked as “Clearance” or sold at a discount as part of a special sale are not eligible for returns.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Our Customer Service Team:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • The reason for the return (optional but helpful)

    You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and specific return instructions from our customer service team.

  2. Prepare the Return:
    Carefully package the items in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit. Please include any original receipts, tags, or accessories that were included with the product. If you no longer have the original packaging, please pack the items securely to avoid any damage.

  3. Return Shipping:
    You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving a defective or incorrect item).

    • Shipping Method: You may use any shipping method of your choice, but we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

    • Shipping Fees: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by BLUSONALI.

    • International Returns: If you’re returning an international order, you are responsible for any duties, taxes, or shipping fees associated with returning the item. Please ensure the correct customs paperwork is included with the return shipment.

4. Exchanges

We also offer exchanges for eligible items. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service:
    Inform our customer service team that you would like to exchange the item. You will be provided with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) for the return and instructions for the exchange.

  2. Availability of Exchange Items:
    Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will offer a refund or the option to choose a different product.

  3. Exchanging for a Higher-Priced Item:
    If the item you are exchanging is of a lower value than the new item, you will be required to pay the difference. You can do so by following the payment instructions provided during the exchange process.

  4. Exchanging for a Lower-Priced Item:
    If the exchange is for an item of lower value, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note the following:

  • Refund Method:
    Refunds will be credited to the same payment method you used during the original transaction. Processing times for refunds may take 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

  • Partial Refunds:
    If only part of your order is returned (e.g., one item from a multi-item purchase), you will receive a refund for the returned item(s) only. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

  • Gift Card Refunds:
    If you used a gift card as part of your payment, the refund will be applied to your gift card balance, and any remaining balance will be available for future use.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps:

    Upon receiving the necessary information, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference. If the product is defective or damaged during shipping, BLUSONALI will cover all return shipping costs.
